Manager Internal Services

Thinc Collective is growing and we are now looking for someone to take care of our technology and our office in Stockholm, as well as the people who move around the office. The role is complex but both fun and responsible, and suits you who thrive on variation and responsibility.

The Role:

With us, you will become an important part of everyday life – often the first person one meets and always someone to turn to. We are an entrepreneurial group within communication, and the office in Stockholm is a natural gathering point for colleagues, clients, and partners. You are responsible for ensuring that the technology and the office function well, feel welcoming, and are a place where people thrive and can do their best work.

A key part of the role is to be the coordinator for our IT and technology suppliers nationally. You are the link between colleagues, suppliers, and sometimes clients, and you help when technology acts up or when something needs to be set up, adjusted, or resolved.

We believe that you are a warm and social person who sees the people around you. You create security through your way of being and contribute to a positive atmosphere without taking over the room. You are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and pitch in where needed – big or small.

You have a genuine interest in technology and are comfortable helping out in everyday tasks, such as:

- settings and user support

- meeting room technology

- basic network troubleshooting

- administration of users, file servers, and access systems

- Microsoft 365 knowledge, account setup, and level management

- meetings and ordering of snacks and lunch.

- contact with all suppliers and property owners needed for the Stockholm office to be nice and functional.

How we believe you are:

You are structured, professional, and have a natural sense of service. Perhaps you have worked in office services, hotels, events, airlines, restaurants, retail, or customer service – or in a similar role where people and the whole have been in focus.

You have 2 years of experience as a buyer or coordinator towards IT suppliers or IT departments. If you also have an interest in interior design, color, and form, and enjoy creating pleasant and functional environments, we see it as a big plus.

Examples of tasks in the role:

- Ensure that office and reception areas are welcoming and representative

- Be responsible for the local IT environment in collaboration with external suppliers

- Be a support and sounding board in matters concerning culture and work environment

- Coordinate and administer relationships with office and service providers

- Plan and coordinate meetings and events

- Support HR and management during onboarding and offboarding

- Work systematically with work environment issues and follow-up

- Handle administration and purchases related to the office
